About me

The best way to get to know me is to talk to me, but just the same here are some random facts about me:

My name's Ian. December 4, 1979. I have no piercings, 2 tattoos and I want about 2-3 more (tattoos not piercings) I live in Puerto Rico. I have a BS in Computer Science: Programming. During the week I live in Gurabo, PR where I work as a Web Developer, and during most weekends I drive down to Ponce, PR to visit my parental units, friends and god-daughters.

I'm a laid back guy who is trying to live life to the fullest. I like trying new things and not getting stuck in a routine. I am an honest person to the point that sometimes I seem like I'm an asshole because I like to say things to people's faces. Like Cordelia Chase said "Tact is just not saying stuff that's true. I'll pass. I think if I say it, it's my way." I'm always loyal and I try to be kind and helpfull to others.

I'm spiritual, though not religious, and my main philosophy is, that while we can debate, compare and contrast our beliefs at the end of the day we need to respect eachother's beliefs and not try to force them upon eachother. Sometimes I'm intellectual, sometimes I like to not think. I'm actually very intelligent, unfortch it's directly tied to my interest in a subject, thus if something doesn't interest me I just can't care enough to concentrate and actually put effort towards it (yes I'm talkin to you Chemistry and History!).

I like doing all kinds of things from going clubbing to chillin at home watching a movie or reading a book. I like to travel but have not been able to take time off to do so in quite a while. I oscillate from being a nerd to not, but my main nerd-outs are comic books (X-Men & Family, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn) and video games (mainly the Final Fantasy series, the Street Fighter series and the Mortal Kombat Series, and Pokemon). I love computers, mostly building websites and playing with Photoshop. I love animals, specially dogs (I have an Australian Shepphard). I love music. I love Christina Aguilera, IMO, the best voice of our generation. I am a hopeless romantic and as such I love all(most) romantic comedies no matter how awful they may seem. I like my romatic movies to end with the main couple being together, if I wanted a sad ending then I wouldn't watch the movie, that's what real life is for (Yes I'm talking to you A Walk to Remember! [Mandy Moore dies at the end!] and Brokeback Mountain [Jake Gyllenhall dies at the end]). I used to watch LOTS of TV (Xena, Buffy, Dark Angel) but now I don't have that much time to watch. I absolutely love Disney and everything related to it. I adore Tyra Banks and think she's all kinds of funny. I adore Lindsay Lohan and I think she's more talented that people give her credit for, but she needs to get control of her life. I have a soft spot for a beautiful bartender named Bo, we met in FL in 2003 whilst doing an internship in Disney, who is straight, charming, patient, open-minded, friendly, funny, and all kinds of awesome. I harbor an undying crush on Lance Bass (from *NSYNC), who, I believe, is all kinds of sexy.

I work out and I like to keep healthy but I do not have six pack abs and I'm ok with that. I love myself the way I am, whoever doesn't, fuck them. I am shy when I first encounter people, but once the convo starts there's no shutting me up. I am not a virgin, but I am not a slut. I like masculine men, who smell like men and feel like men. My only "type" is someone who is kind, honest, respectful and who I feel good with, irregardless(yay Mean Girls!) of body/age/style/scene. I would love to find a man to share my life with but if I don't, it's no big loss. I'm more focused on actually living my life than wether or not I have someone to live it with.
